Joy Swim's journey began in Bali during a solo travel trip, crafted in a small local workshop that emphasizes ethical labor practices and environmentally conscious methods.
While Bali holds a special place in our hearts, we decided to choose our motherland, Mauritius, for manufacturing to minimize the carbon footprint associated with transportation, thereby positively impacting the environment and supporting local economies. By prioritizing these practices, we aim to create a more sustainable and responsible business model. Our commitment to sustainability is demonstrated through the use of Econyl® regenerated nylon and adherence to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification, ensuring our products are free from harmful chemicals and safe for both people and planet.
Joy Swim produces certain collections in small quantities, with most pieces sold as Sets. While some Sets may be restocked, others are released in limited editions and won’t return ensuring their uniqueness and reducing waste.
